8/24/08 Duke Jenkel recently competed in the  Forrest Wood Cup – Lake Murray - Columbia, SC I was pretty excited to be competing in the FLW Cup. Having made some friendships throughout the year, I was able to practice with Berkley Pro Glenn Bowne for this tournament. Story

7/12/08 The Fishers of Men National Office has announced the locations of the 2008 Regional Championship tournaments. The 2008 Midwest Regional will return to Detroit Michigan. The Detroit River, Lake St. Claire, and Lake Erie will all be accessible from the tournament site, which will again be Elizabeth Park. The competition dates for this event will be September 19th and 20th and practice days will be September 17th and 18th. The off limits period will run from September 10th thru the 16th.

7/01/08  Duke Jenkel recently competed in the fifth stop of the FLW Tour Ft. Loudoun.  Ft. Loudoun is part of the Tennessee River chain, having spent a fair amount of time on other impoundments of the Tennessee; I was looking forward to this tournament. Recap
